Anyone use fmu with OPKs?

All of my lines are barely visible, but it's still early (CD9). I stay really hydrated, completely clear pee all day and struggle to do a 2-4 hour hold even when I stop drinking. I'm worried about missing a surge because my urine is too diluted. Would using FMU cause an issue or false positive? My box only says 10am-8pm but doesn't say anything about fmu.

You should not use FMU when testing with opks.

The best time to test is afternoon to evening so your lh has time to build up through the day. But yeah I would work on having a dedicated time where you dont drink quite as much and hold for longer to test, you'll get much more clear results.

I was using fmu for the past few days and noticed it wasnt getting any bolder so i looked it up and I read that it's best to avoid fmu. so i tried holding for a few hours and tested at 10 am and sure enough the line was clearly bolder. I'd say research it and probably ask a professional if you want to be certain. I'm only going based on what I read I could be wrong.
