I'm getting some gas pains in both sides and I know it's definitely gas pains but sometimes it's quite painful just for a couple of seconds, also I feel a bit constipated and when I need the toilet for a wee I need to go there and then soon as I need to go it's as if I've been holding it in for a while and I've been back and forth all day for about 2/3 days.  Anyone else getting this round about the same dates????
