Anyone made it thru to longer naps after the 6 week sleep regression?
I’m so tired of him taking catnaps! He wakes between 30-45 minutes for most naps. He doesn’t wake crying in hunger, sometimes it’s reflux, sometimes gas or pee, usually just an inability to stitch together his sleep cycles just yet.
If I let him quietly fuss alone for 20-30 minutes he will sometimes go back down for 1-1.5 hours.
I had read that this is a brief, one week regression and that week 7 should be better. We’re going on 12 days of this now and I’m worn out and my toddler is tired of me being so occupied with baby’s sleep. 🥲
Anyone on the other side with advice or hope?
