I'm curious on what your temp has to do with you cycle. Can someone explain it?

There is quite a bit of info on the web on this. I’m pretty sure it has to do with estrogen levels prior to ovulation leaving your bbt relatively low, then once you’ve ovulated estrogen drops and progesterone rises, which elevates your temps. Lots of outside factors can contribute to bbt fluxes like alcohol, how cold/hot your bedroom was, if you mouth-breathe at night, etc. Good luck!!

When you ovulate, your basal body temp rises. So tracking your temperature helps you notice the rise and when you may be ovulating
