BBT newbie
So my ob/gyn is making me bbt. Ugh! Why am I complaining? I was hoping opks were good enough. They're not. Bbt will pin point my exact ovulation day. I bought a bbt off amazon. My charts all ready to go. Question? Will my bbt thermometer come with instructions on how to track and interpret my readings?
