6 weeks pregnant and fell off a motorcycle !!!

I am 6 weeks pregnant and am out on vacation and went motorcycling and drove off the dirt road and flew out and slammed the ground pretty good I am all scratched up from one side of my body but that’s about it.. no broken bones …this just happened about an hour ago I don’t have cramping or bleeding right now my nerves are just out the roof right now because I can’t go get seen because it’s Sunday and I’m on a small village in the middle of nowhere idk what to do idk if baby will be okay I regret my decisions from today I am freaking out
