Clomid for 2nd baby?

I took 3 rounds of 50mg of clomid to get pregnant with my first baby. I’m about to start it again to try and get pregnant with my second. Has anyone had to use clomid twice? Did it work? How long did it take? I’ve always heard it won’t work twice.

There is no reason why it wouldn't work a second time.

My best friend used Clomid 3 different times (3 cycles each time). She got pregnant on the third cycle every time (miscarried her second). 
I on the other hand got pregnant on my second cycle of Clomid, but tried it again for 5 months, 2 IUIs included, but they all failed.

I’ve done 15 medicated cycles, no pregnancy on any of them. The medication is just to assist ovulation, actually getting pregnant is another story. I’ve seen many women who got pregnant on a Clomid cycle and used it again for next baby. Fingers crossed you have the same luck!

I’ve used clomid 3 times for 3 babies! Well I’ve used it more than that due to having to try for a couple rounds each time usually but yes you can use it multiple times jsut fine!
