Periods

I have literally forgotten to take most of my birth control pills and my period came on super early. This flow has been different from others. It was very light, heavy and now it’s in between light and heavy. Also, when I pee it’s like a pinkish reddish color but I’m still bleeding. Anyone else ever had this issue?
