I Have Bacterial Vaginosis

I was diagnosed with BV yesterday (6th week of pregnancy). My doctor prescribed vaginal suppositories (Neo-Penotran Forte) which has a generic name of Metronidazole + Miconazole Nitrate. I have taken the first dose. I know she wouldn’t prescribe it if it is not safe. But the label said “should not be used in the first trimeter”

So I'm hesitant. Has anyone here experienced the same situation I'm having right now? What should I do? Should I trust the label (see below) ? Or should I just trust her?
