No fetal pole

Has anyone had an ultrasound done at 6 weeks and they didn't find a fetal pole? I had a transvaginal yesterday at 6 weeks 1 day and they couldn't find a fetal pole. My HCG levels are just over 10,000 where they should be but they couldn't find anything on the ultrasound. Has anyone had this happen?
