Call the Dr or not?

Every now and then I have noticed I’m leaking clear fluid. I can’t tell if it’s pee or something else. I lost a little bit of my mucus plug two days again but my kick counts are normal and I don’t have any pain. My next apt is next Tuesday. I’m wondering if I should call my doctor or just wait until my appointment. I’m a first time mom so not sure is this is totally normal or not?

Put on a pad and if it keeps happening call just to be safe! If you are concerned always call, they’d rather have you come in to get checked then something else happening. I had that happen to me around 28 weeks. Turned out to just be a lot of excess discharge that was clear but they were happy to check anyway

This happened to my mom at 34 weeks with my sister. She called her OB but they told her it was normal for your cervical mucus to get more watery in pregnancy. Good thing my dad was a resident at the time and knew better. He made her go back in and it happened when she was on the table and then they believed her and rushed her upstairs to get induced. So go get checked out and don’t wait! They can do a test to see if it’s amniotic fluid or not.
