This cycle
This cycle I'm gonna be focusing on being more active in my workouts and trying to lose weight. I want to feel better about my body again. Along with PCOS I'm not going to give up. Ive been focusing on a healthy diet as well portion my foods out, eating veggies, and fruit. Still have carbs but not too much.
