When is it the right age to loose your virginity?

I'm 17 and everyone I know, who's my age, has lost their virginity. Like how do you know when you are ready to loose it? Is it bad to loose it as like a fling/one night stand? Mainly DOES IT HURT AS MUCH AS PEOPLE SAY!?!

There is no "right" age, but if I have a child, I hope they wouldn't lose theirs before 16 at the min. But it's a personal decision. I would say save it for the person you love, sex should be a special thing. My first (and only) time didn't hurt at all tbh. I felt stretched out, but it was in no way painful, the stretched feeling was actually almost an added pleasure. My friend said she felt pain afterwards but only on her cervix from his penis hitting it. He was a bit rough with her, so just make sure your partner takes it easy with you. Also, being with someone you love and trust will probably make you more relaxed and ease any pain. Either way, just make sure you only do it when you're ready and everything should be fine.

First of all, I would like to say that when you have sex for the first time: YOU ARE NOT LOSING ANYTHING. It doesn't take anything away from who you are as a person. And as for age, there is no right age to make your sexual debut. I'm 21 and I still haven't had sex because I'm waiting to share my first experience with the right person. You will know when you are ready. You will feel comfortable with the person and you won't be afraid that you will regret it afterward. Every body is different. For me it did hurt and I lost it not too long ago at age 18. & also it's not as great as people make it seem (but that depends on you too). You know you're ready to lose it when you're comfortable with your body and with the person you decide to lose it too. It's your choice if you'd want to lose it during a one night fling but things come after sex that people don't always tell you about. Sometimes you can get extremely attached to the person you first have sex with so make sure that it's someone you at least trust with your feelings unless you want to risk getting hurt. As for the age part , you have to be mature and responsible enough to know that you need to stay protected no matter what (meaning using condoms and etc.) and it should be when YOU feel ready. Not when you're pressured into it by the other person or your friends.

There is no right age, it depends on your emotional state. Losing it because you just want to get it over with is probably not the best idea. It really should not matter what everyone else is doing, you should not make those kinds of decisions based on your friends. I was 17 my first time and I did not find it painfull at all, but we had a lot of foreplay and it was his first time too so it was really, really fast.

I lost mine when I was 17. It depends on the person honestly and sometimes it'll change depending on who you meet. I would wait until you're with someone you trust. Whether it's a one time thing with that person or you're in a relationship make sure it's with someone you trust. It does hurt but not an ungodly amount. It become pleasureable after a bit. :)
