What was your estrogen level on your first blood draw??  
This would be after two full days of taking your medicine.

My day 3 estrogen was 459. I think it all depends on your protocol and how they're trying to grow your eggs.  I was on 1 vial of menopur and 300 follistim.

I didnt have bloodwork done until the 5th day of stims. I have no idea what any of my levels were. I didnt ask and didn't want to know. I found it to be quite freeing since I have no control over it.
