Pregnancy and failure to be fertile

Good day everyone I’m 33 I’ve had 2 miscarriages one 2014 at almost 6 months and the other in 2018 3 months long but every gynecologist I’ve seen since my two miscarriages say everything is ok but I don’t think so can anyone here tell me something I can take or drink to get pregnant please I awaits your advice thank you.
