How long does it take you to get baby down for a nap ?

If I time the nap right, I'll sing her 1 lullaby (30sec), lay her in her crib, and she'll be able to put herself to sleep within a few minutes.
If I don't time it right, that's a whole other story 😅

We started sleep training and watching closely for tired signs, first yawn and we start the nap routine process.
Cuddles, nappy, sleep sack, white noise, a few la la’s and then put her down, usually takes 2-3 minutes if she is quite drowsy or 5-10 max if she is awake…

5 min nap routine and lay him in his crib. He puts himself to sleep usually within 5-10mins after that with little to no fussing and no intervention needed.
