Pain w/sex and copper IUD

Today is exactly 1 month since I got my paragard IUD in. I've only had very mild cramps and spotting since then. This is my fourth time having sex since then, and I haven't really had any problems. However, today, I had sharp pain in my uterus with sex. My gyno warned me I might have painful sex the first few times, but itd been a month and it hasn't hurt until now. Should I be worried?
