I’m 21, I’ve recently been having a lot of sex with my boyfriend because we’ve moved in together. He likes it 2-3 times a day, I’ve never been used to this because I’ve never lived with my SO before so it’s new but I like it. However, a few days ago I had my period and I was tired and lethargic the entire day, I was feeling so bad from stomach cramps I just slept all day — the next morning I noticed I had a tampon still left from YESTERDAY in my vagina. I took it out because I had put a new one in that morning because I was bleeding so heavy. Before this incident I was never able to wear 2 tampons (my sister does this to stop her flow completely with no pad) and I never was able to wear a super comfortably. I’m scared that my recent sex sessions have loosened my vagina. I told my sister my concerns because were rlly close and she’s the only one I feel comfortable with discussing this type of stuff with, and she just laughed at me. But I’m freaking out
