Prednisone! Anyone have to take it during pregnancy?

My sister was on it during 2 pregnancies because of RA and her babies came out a normal size.

I've had to take it for recurring asthma attacks. I'm 27 wks, haven't done my glucose test quite yet, but my son has tended to measure on the smaller side. Not sure if it's affecting him, I go to check on him on Friday! I know prednisone causes weight gain and swelling in me pretty bad. We'll see!

I take 20mg daily to control rheumatoid arthritis symptoms. I'm 28.5w and just had a result of 150 (140 is the max for the normal range) on the one hour glucose test. Now I have to take the 3 hour test... My baby is 3.9 lbs! Almost twice as big as he should be.  Anyone have similar experience or have any light to share?
