TTC after a miscarriage

Hi, so I'm 38, my partner and I were trying for nearly 2 years and back In May I had a positive test, yay all my dreams came true and we were expecting our 1st baby (my 1st pregnancy, he has a couple from a previous) 1 day before my 12 week scan I miscarried in hospital and my heart shattered. This was 3 weeks ago. I have So many mixed emotions about trying again, any tips on healing or advice greatly welcomed
