Closure?

Would you send a message for closure or would you just let it be & move on? A part of me feels like I need to tell him how he made me feel, but another part is telling me he doesn’t deserve closure from me. He really hurt me… 4 years down the drain. I ended it a week ago because of his addictions. He just got worse & treated me so bad, abandoned our kids. Next day he’s already fucking someone else.

Any time I've done that in the past they've either never replied or its just started more shit. Some people find it helpful to write down what they'd say and then burn it or rip it up, as many times as you need. Hope this helps x

You just let it go. It's not really for them anyways. It's for you. Chances are they don't care and wont even read it or reply. If it helps write it in a letter and throw it away.

Id write a letter but then put it in the garbage. Sending it to him wont bring u any closure but getting it out of your heart might help u so id write it n toss. Leave him hes in another world now. He wont give a shit but it could cause him to respond which is bad

Unfortunately, you have to let that feeling go. I spent so much wasted time craving closure until one day I realized something. You don’t NEED closure, you just WANT it… Trying to get closure will ultimately end up disappointing you. 
Write a letter, a physical letter with a pen and paper. Write everything you wish you could say. Write until you can’t think anymore, until your hands hurt or until you feel satisfied and then take that paper and rip it up. He doesn’t deserve your emotions anymore.
