What do you dress your baby in for bed time?

I’m in Arizona and keep my house 72°, we dress our son in a onesie and long sleeve sleep sack. Is this over kill?

Live in the desert 🌵 so house stays at 77-80 at night she sleeps just in her sleeveless sleep sack

In GA, we keep the house at 72-73. Baby sleeps in footie long-sleeved pj's and a sleeveless sleepsack.

Another Arizona mom here! We keep thermostat at 74. 4 month old baby sleeps in a Burt’s bees or Hanna Anderson footie pajamas. The day in June that we got up to 118 our AC couldn’t keep up. It was 80 degrees inside and baby slept in a diaper.

In Oklahoma, house stays at 71 and lo sleeps in long sleeve footed jammies only.

In California, we try to keep our house at 76, but his room ends up being like 78 most summer nights. We just put him in a Burt's Bees sleep sack.

I’m in Nevada and it feels like hellfire outside. We keep our air on 74 but her room is always 75-80 (I know, with the heat coming through the window it is literally impossible to cool the room down. I even have two fans on in there at all times!) but I put her in a long sleeve PJ and a .5 TOG sleeveless wearable blanket. I just discovered the bamboo sleepers which are much thinner and more breathable than the cotton. I would buy 10 if I could afford it!

I’m also in Arizona.  I keep the house at 78. I do long sleeve, footed pajamas and a short sleeve sleep sack.  It just depends on your preference. If baby is sleeping good and doesn’t look or feel too hot then it’s probably good.
