So much pain 38 weeks

What can I do to help me get through this!? For two days now I’ve been having such bad back labor pains I can barely walk to the bathroom without being in tears. Sitting or laying down is no different. I’ve tried Tylenol and a heating pad as well. It just hurts so much. I had my check up yesterday morning and I’m 3cm 80% set to induce on the 12th at 39 weeks due to preeclampsia but I don’t think I can deal with this that long. I’m physically sick from the pain! I’ve tried bouncing and breathing techniques as well. If I were in the hospital I would have already ask for an epidural!!! This is so unbearable to me
