AF is die today, I started bleeding yesterday morning when I woke up, wasn't my usual dark brown coloured blood but more a dark red colour, easily a teaspoon at least so thought this was the start of AF. I bled all day yesterday but not as heavy as a usual period but still more than spotting, I use tampons and last night had one I for 7hrs and wasn't much on it this morning. Today I'm hardly bleeding. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this as my periods are usually quite heavy for the first 2 days.
