vitex
i started taking vitex last thursday. I started taking it because i had a chemical in april and was still bleeding from it up until july. after 1 dose of vitex the bleeding stopped. my question now would be, when should i test for my BFP? i don’t do ovulation testing. i have been having little cramps, but other than that, there’s no sign of af coming. would i ovulate before i get my period again?
