6 weeks and spotting

I’m 6 weeks 2 days. As of this morning I’m having some light brown and pink spotting with some mild cramping. I see my OB tomorrow. When I called the office they said to go to the ER if the blood becomes red, the flow becomes heavy, or if the cramps get bad. For now I’m resting and praying for the best. I never bled during my previous pregnancy and am scared. Did any of you have this and everything was fine?

Update:

At the appointment today she checked me and said my cervix is no longer bleeding. She did a transvaginal ultrasound and was able to see the yolk sac, fetal pole, and what looked like the flicker of a heartbeat. So for now I’m cautiously optimistic. She also said baby is measuring 6 weeks 1 day (instead of 6 and 3). I’ll keep praying!
