Toxic father/daughter relationship

So my dad and I have had a very bad relationship. It was always my fault my parents fought, i ruined his marriage(they are still together) the best day of his life would be if I died and it goes on. My daughter just turned one and now I’m just done. Was this okay to say? I’m feeling so guilty like I should just suck it up
