My last pregnancy I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks. Didn't know until 10 week appointment. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and still feeling cramps and twinges. Do you think that's a good sign that everything is still ok down there? I don't remember feeling much after the baby died last time, but that's just from memory. I hope I can use it as comfort to know my baby is still growing!
