IVF pregnancy FET spotting at 6 weeks

Hey girls!! I had spotting yesterday mostly all brown and it has finally came to an end. It was super light and my doctor wasn’t concerned. Said call back if it gets heavier and cramping starts to get painful. I haven’t had any cramping just a little pinching in my ovaries. Nothing painful at all.

I am concerned because I’ve already had one miscarriage. I still have symptoms such as heavy boobs, gagging when brushing my teeth, headache, and very tired.

Anyone else experience this through Ivf pregnancy and on progesterone? Any similar stories would be so helpful!
