Please suggest me ..

Just a little about me to start with . I’m 33 and husband is 37 year old . We are trying for first baby since 18 months . Got all our tests done . Mine came nearly perfect and his test results are average with 15 million sperm count and good motility and all . But we never got pregnant not even once . I asked doctor for ivf as soon as possible but she said there is no date available before January and all other clinics near me said the same thing .

She put me on letrozole from next cycle as periods were gone when she met us .

Should I wait till January for ivf or try iui all this while . Money is not an issue as my insurance will cover iui .

I’ve never seen anyone saying iui is a good idea.
