Does this look like scar tissue?

Was looking at my c-section scar today (had my son 3 weeks ago) and saw these lumps just under my incision. Does this just look like scar tissue? It just looks really weird. I’m curious why it looks like that lol.

I've had 2 c sections and didn't get that with either. It could be hematomas, I'd call your ob just to be safe. Good luck
