Hi i am 30 years old and this is my first time trying for a baby. I tried last month and i got my periods. Below is my chart for this month. Just need some ideas to know whether i am doing it right.. am i having enough intercourses? 🙄 high hopes!

I would recommend getting ovulation strips and a basal body thermometer and start tracking ASAP. That will give you a better idea of when you are actually ovulating to give you the best chances of conception. Sex every other day starting about 5-6 days before ovulation (and day of) is all you really need for conception.

Are you also doing ovulation tests? That'll help you to get more accurate because the app on. The app on it's own could have you wayyy off. And I'd also suggest having intercourse at least one time after a peak testing.
