Best time to take prenatal vitamins
After a miscarriage, I'm trying to make sure I've got good levels of everything I'll need during pregnancy, so I'm beginning my prenatal vitamins now, as I gear up for trying to conceive, and I am seeing a lot of conflicting information on the best time to take a prenatal vitamin for maximum absorbtion. I assume that reason is because a prenatal vitamin contains both water soluble *and* fat soluble vitamins, and generally water soluble should be taken without food but fat soluble should be taken with food. So I guess the "best" time depends on which vitamins you're most concerned about absorbing? Plus there's the issue of some people experiencing nausea if they take vitamins on an empty stomach. Anyway, I'm curious what time people consider to be best for taking a prenatal vitamin, commentary on why is very welcome!
(I wanted to add an option to just see the poll results without voting, but it would only let me add a max of five options, sorry.)
