My little boy

In February, my waters broke - at 35+6. After a traumatic birth, my poor little boy had a really tough start for the first 9 weeks. He had undiagnosed CMPA, 100% tongue-tie, colic, silent reflux and Croup. He screamed and cried all day and all night, every single day until we changed his milk at 9 weeks. It was the hardest time of my life. So awful watching him suffer and not being able to help him.

He’s now 5 months old and is like a different child. He is so much happier, not in pain and is thriving. Every time I think of him my heart melts. I can’t believe I get to be his mother.

And even though it was a start I wouldn’t wish on anyone, it meant that I held him that bit longer and tighter. I can’t believe I made him. I’m his whole world and he is absolutely mine too.
