My mom noticed these on my baby today, what is this? I’m not home either to see in person, I’m out of town!

If it's chickenpox do not just take him to a doctor. Call ahead because it's highly contagious and you do not want to expose other children.

Either bug bites or chicken pox. Looking at some of these pictures that a lady posted it does look more like chicken poxs. Either way you need to get him to his pediatric asap.

Hand foot mouth possibly? Any sores in mouth or on feet or hands? I'd have it checked. Could be a boil 😔
