What birth controls would be best for me if i have periods from hell?? 😂😂 super heavy and painful to the point i have to crawl to the toilet.. i also am on iron pills for anemia

I would definitely suggest the pill! Easy to stop immediately if you find that you don’t like it!
Many women report lots of breakthrough bleeding and weird periods on the implant, depo shot and iud and with those you have to wait until they’re out of your system or have to go to a doctor to get them taken out!
My periods are so much better on the pill! Lighter, less cramps, and shorter!

It depends on what you want but I had the arm implant and it stopped my cycles completely and I was fine with that because my period cramps literally make me feel like I’m on the brink of death 😅
