She’s sworn me to secrecy but she told me that she is in a relationship with my old coach who is 48. It gradually has been getting more sexual but they haven’t actually had sex yet. She swears she’s in love with him and he says the same thing to her.

She has been groomed by other coaches on the same team but the coach she claims to be in love with fired them because she spoke up about them grooming her. This made her feel safe around him I think. Manipulative.

I dont know what to do since she told me not to say anything to anyone. I wanna be a good friend but also help her get out of the situation. She doesn’t want to and I don’t want to see here broken from this relationship when it ends. I keep trying to talk her out of it, literally every time we talk, and she agrees with everything I say, but says that she’s so in love with him that she doesn’t know what to do and wants to continue the relationship. Thoughts?
