Clary sage oil works!!!!

It reduced the back pain during contractions soooo much!

It's been used for hundreds of years and medically shown not to do harm during pregnancy so I figured I'll try. (Has not been shown to set off labor but some say it does)... My back pain is less than a quarter 😍 didn't stop or speed up contractions, but it has made the experience better

I didn't really expect it to work... I just wanted a safe way to start labor and clary sage naturally encouraged a small rise oxytocin for some people and I've been in predominal labor 4 times in the past two days, looking for a super gentle push, but terrified of trying anything that could hurt the lo.
