Faye as a first name or middle name?

Hello, my husband and I are expecting our 2nd child in February, we don’t know the gender yet but have been thinking on names for either gender we have a boy name picked out but still working on a girl name. I was originally thinking the middle name would be Faye after my grandma but we are struggling to come up with a first name so I am wondering if we should do Faye as a first name and figure out a middle name. Suggestions for a first name with the middle name Faye and suggestions for middle names with the first name Faye are appreciated!
