Help?

CD42 and 8 days late for AF, negative pregnancy test. 
I have really sore nipples, heartburn and nausea. Is pregnancy a possibility or am I too late?

I would also like to add.. Tht my sister.. Missed a period.. And days later tested and it was negative.. 10 more days passed and she checked again and.. She got her bfp.. She just never ovulated tht month and next month ovulated twice.. She actually got pregnant with twins.. But sadly one stopped growing,  so now she's raising one little baby in her womb..
So we may talk the talk but God knows his plans.. So even if its unlikely.. Anything is possible when it's time ❤️

Possibly just late periods.. If/when you're pregnant you usually get BFP on the day of missed periods.. When you aren't pregnant, u can be late for dayss and get negatives.. I been through this so wouldn't give false hopes, hope you get your positive soon tho ❤️
