Actually this is fine to take. It doesn’t have a decongestant in it, its just a cough suppressant and mucinex. I’d recommend taking it in pill form though because some of the syrups have an alcohol content.

No. Mix honey and cinnamon into a paste and eat it with a spoon, it taste not the greatest, but it breaks fevers, will help with the cough, congestion, you name it. Do back to back condensed like an inch of water those emergenc packet.

Tylenol products are the safest to take. I took them while nursing and they didn't affect my supply. I know everyone is different though.
