Numbness/tingling in fingers

Anyone have nimbleness / tingling in their fingertips?! I've had this the entire last month of pregnancy and I thought it was due to fluid accumulation but I'm 10'days PP and the numbness is still there despite all the extra fluid being gone feom my hands
