Sinus headaches
I can’t take my usual Advil cold and sinus pills due to the pregnancy but I feel like I am dying with these headaches. Any remedies besides Tylenol? I take Zyrtec already daily. *edit to add, I have tried diffusing peppermint oil too, no luck
