Sugar on fruit yes or no?
My husband when we first met couldn’t eat fruit without dumping a bunch of sugar on it 😶. I never understood why take something healthy and make it unhealthy. Now he is better and can eat fruit but his family all still eat fruit with sugar. That is where he learned it from because that’s how he grew up. Is this common do you eat sugar on your fruits 🍉 🍎 🍓
