AF is late, took a test it says negative.

Hello everyone, i am 42 years old and my husband and i are trying to get pregnant. I got pregnant last year feb but i ended up miscarrying (blighted ovum).

I went to a fertility specialist they discovered one of my Fallopian tubes was blocked so i had surgery in March to remove the bad tube.

My dr gave the all clear to start trying again so i have been tracking my ovulation we had intercourse around the time of my ovulation. 12 days ago.

Period is pretty regular so i get it every 22-23 day cycle. I am day 25 today no AF i took one of those testing strips to see if i am pregnant it is a negative. In a way, i am scared to keep testing bcuz we want this so bad and worried about miscarriage again.

I have no pregnancy symptoms my boobs are sore but i expect that since i have sore breasts around my period.

What do you guys think? Should i wait till 30 days before i start testing or going into my dr?
