Congestion Remedies for Babies?

Anyone have any good congestion remedies for babies. Our little guy is 4 months old and a bit congestion this week (it's worse at night). For now we are using a cool mist humidifier. I've tried suctioning his nose as well but it's not really helping. Just wanted to see if anyone else had any tips ot tricks to help with it (especially at night).

Turn the shower to the hottest setting with the bathroom door closed and let the steam build up. Just sit and let baby breath in that air for a while (10-20 mins). It’ll loosen things up, so be prepared for an increase in runny nose and coughing if there’s chest congestion. We find it’s best not to do this less than an hour from bedtime for that reason. But it helps thin the mucus so they(and you) can get it out more easily. You can follow up with some nose suction if you like. Then we use the more natural based baby version of a lavender chest rub (or Vicks baby depending on age). If they’re prone to rubbing their hand in it, you can put it on their back/back of the neck instead so they don’t get any in their mouth. Use the steam a few times a day for best results! You really can’t do it too often.
