My son woke me up at 3 in the morning to tell me he's in love

I never thought my sin would fall in love. He was always a serial cheater and never really cared about any of his girlfriends. At 19 he stopped dating all together to go to therapy and become a better version of himself and stayed single for 2 years. And when he met my friends son. He was so nervous he forgot his name. And blushing. At that moment I knew why he was never invested in his girlfriends. I am aware he's gay even though he never straight up said "I'm gay". I helped kinda trick my friends son into a date and my son said "You know?" I said "Yeah" and he got embarrassed.

So he busted into my room last night and jumped on my bed saying "Mom I think I'm in love for the first time!" I'm like "It is 3:47 in the morning". But he goes on and on about my friends son. He then thanked me for helping him become a better person but I said he decided on his own and put in the work on his own. Then he ruined the moment by saying how my friends son can too amazing things with his tongue. He could have just said we had sex but sure get graphic.
