Temping?

Does taking your temperature really help ttc? We're coming up to our 1 year for ttc and I was going to start I'm just not sure what to look for or anything about it for that matter.  Any suggestions/ help would be awesome

Have you tried ovulation tests? I was going to start temping, but I'm pretty sure temping only helps confirm that you have ovulated. Opks will give you a 12-36 hour warning before you ovulate so you know to start BDing. Good luck and baby dust!!
