You failed 1 hour glucose test but passed the 3 hour glucose test?

I have my 3hr glucose test tomorrow and I’m so beside myself if I end up with gestational diabetes. I didn’t have it with my first. Was over by 16 on my 1 hr glucose test.

My last pregnancy they put me straight to the 3hr. A lot of women fail the one hour so I wouldn’t worry too much lovely

My first pregnancy I failed both and ended up with gestational diabetes, but was able to control it with diet modifications. This time I failed the 1 hour but passed the 3 hour. I couldnt believe it - but I’m so grateful haha 😂

I passed my 3hr! Was below on all 3 blood draws, didn’t realize they took blood every hour but first time for everything. Thank you all! ❤️❤️and good luck to anybody who has to do the 3hr after failing the 1hr!

I was over by 1 on my one hour test. Failed it obviously 😆 but the threshold for the 3 hour is usually higher/ 180 for the first hour, 155 for the second hour and 140 for the third hour. Obviously your glucose has to be below all those 3 numbers at the time of the draw.

My OBGYN doesn’t even offer the 1hour test due to how many women fail it. They only do 3hr. Don’t worry, avoid sugar for 3-10 days beforehand

failed my 1 hr..took my 3hr last week and ending up throwing up the drink about 30 minutes in..so here we are attempting the 3 hr again this morning!

I failed my one hour by 45 during my last pregnancy and by 30 this pregnancy. I passed my 3 hour with the last and I’m taking my 3 hour now for this pregnancy. The one hour really is not a dependent test in all cases
