Arm sholder and neck pain. Help!!
Had my baby 8 month ago and everything hurts especially my arm and elbows. It's often but not just whole holding my baby.
Anyone else have so.much upper body pain after baby?
Its not excruciating more like dull but it's often and I have bad anxiety so it's stressing me out.
